Two new Top Level Domains supported

After many months of work it's finally ready. Last week we added two new top domains, .NL and .UK. There is a lot of good domains available, check it out here

New improved statistics

For you as a customer to easier make decisions about which domains you're buying, we have spent some time adding new statistics. In conjunction with the launch of the new platform, we have added more parameters around PageRank, backlinks, etc. Even the advanced search function is updated so you can easily search for interesting domains based on your preferences.

New support system in place

We have introduced a new support system to be able to assure quality and lower response time. We are also looking over the possibilities of phone support and hope to have this in place soon. You can reach the support at info@snapback.se

New dashboard

We recently launched a new dashboard page when you log in. This enables you to get a better overview of the auctions you're participating in, when they are closing, and update your bids. Feel free to send in feedback to us if there's anything else we can improve to enhance your experience.

Monitor your auctions via SMS

We have now launched a new function which helps you to keep track of your active auctions. Several of our customers have contacted us since they've lost track of time and missed to place a bid. You can from now on not only receive a message whenever someone bids over you, but also receive a reminder an hour before auction closing time. You can also chose to receive this notification via SMS instead of email.

Change of username

In connection to the launch of the new Snapback.se website we have decided to change all usernames to the customers email address instead. We took this decision since so many customers had problems remembering their username. If you had two accounts registered on the same email address, your accounts has been deactivated, but you are more than welcome to send us an email at info@snapback.se and we'll make sure to activate your account again.

New version of Snapback.se

We have just launched a new updated version of our domain backorder service. Except an improved layout we have also fine tuned our drop catching technology. We have also added more features, for example new domain monitoring and alert services. And, just as before, you only pay for the back order if we you get the domain name.

We now offer .nu domains

We have now extended our service with another top level domain. From now on you can also order snapback of .nu domains. It works just like with the .se domains. We are currently looking over the possibilities to add even more top level domains, so you are welcome to contact us with wishes or suggestions of top level domains you want us to prioritize.
