Snapback.se lists all domain names which are currently in quarantine to be deregistered because of the previous owner not paying the yearly fee.
If your domain name is listed on our website it means that you have failed to pay the yearly fee for your domain. Contact your registrar or web hotel for more information.
Our service is 100% commission based. This means that if we don't succeed with registering the domain name on you, you don't have to pay anything.
There is no hidden fees such as order, handling or queueing fees like other services charge. The bid you placed on an auction is the price you pay if we succeed to register the domain name on you. This means it's entirely risk free using our service.
After we succeed with registering your domain name, we will create an invoice and send to you. You don't have to pay up front. Payment can be done via wire transfer, PayPal or (from Swedish banks) BankGiro/PlusGiro.
If you forget your password you can order a new one on the following link:

Sorry, we don't have the possibility to remove or change bids in a running auction.
After you've paid the invoice for the domain name you can order the so called "AUTH-code" for the the domain. You can then give this code to you web hotel to move the domain there. As soon as the transfer is done you can start using your new domain name.
As soon as we have received the payment for the invoice we'll send you a mail with the auth code to the email address associated with your Snapback.se account.
Snapback.se is a auction site where you as a customer can buy the domain names which are in quarantine waiting to be deregistered because the old owner of the domain name has chosen not to pay the yearly fee. Snapback.se works just like other auction sites such as eBay or Tradera where the person who places the highest bid gets the domain.
After the auction has finished, Snabpack.se will try to register the domain name for the winner. There is no guarantees that Snapback.se will succeed with the registration since there are other companies also trying to register expiring domain names.
